Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, by J. K. Rowling

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is about Harry trying to stay safe from the prisoner of Azkaban, Sirius Black. Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is for young adults. Harry is older and is now more independent then ever. He is choosing his own classes. There is a new teacher at Hogwarts. Professer Lupin is easily the most popular teacher at Hogwarts. Hagrid is now the Care of Magical Creatures professor which can not go wrong. Or can it? Malfoy gets bitten by a hippogriff and Buckbeak (The hippogriff) is facing execution. Sirius Black, a prisoner at the wizard jail Azkaban, has broken loose. The only clues to his whereabouts are: When Sirius was sleeping his guards heard him muttering “He’s at Hogwarts.” and Harry Potter’s defeat of Voldermort was what sent Black to jail. Now Sirius Black is back and everyone thinks his intention is to kill Harry. Now Harry has to keep safe, learn things, get the Quidditch Cup, and get the House Cup. Can Harry do it all?

I thought Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban was a wonderful book. It deserves all the awards that a book can get. My favorite part was when Harry discovers who Sirius Black really is. Harry Potter is my favorite series. Sorry for the short post. I have a busy day today.Have a Happy Memorial day!!!! Thanks for reading!!!! -annaleeliz and Buttons
