Daughter of the Pirate King, by Tricia Levenseller

downloadThank You to everyone who has mentioned Daughter of the Pirate King. I hope you like my review.

THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF TIME FOR ME TO BEAT HIM SOUNDLY ONCE I’VE GOTTEN WHAT I CAME FOR.

Sent on a mission to retrieve an ancient hidden map-the key to a legendary treasure trove-seventeen-year-old pirate captain Alosa allows herself to be captured by her enemies, giving herself the perfect opportunity to search their ship.

More than a match for the ruthless pirate crew, Alosa has only one thing standing between her and the map: her captor, the unexpectedly clever and unfairly attractive first-mate Riden. But not to worry, for Alosa has a few tricks up her sleeve, and no lone pirate can stop the Daughter of the Pirate King.” Taken from the book jacket of Daughter of the Pirate King.

I am sorry. When I am bored I read and I was bored a lot today. Also, summer is a busy season for me. I will be posting on and off so don’t get offended if I don’t post for a few weeks at a time. I loved the Daughter of the Pirate King. I was not expecting the ending. It was a shocker. I think I have found a new favorite type of book. Pirate fantasy. I think the name is self explanatory. I cannot wait for the sequel Daughter of the Siren Queen. Can you? I hope I can last long enough without breaking. I do not know who my favorite character is this time, which is freaky. Thanks for Reading!!! -annaleeliz and Buttons
